It takes a meticulous approach in looking for the right and skilled professionals to deal with the specific needs of your loved one. Each illness has a specific approach in dealing and guiding for the recovery transition of the patient. In HealthNow, we ensure to our patients and families that every healthcare professional we have has distinct specialties yet will fulfill their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual care.

 HealthNow healthcare has been in the industry for over a decade and covered the Bay area along with its major cities. We have built a strong foundation of reputation in giving superb care services to patients and their families. Aside from our skilled nurses’ experiences, all of us understand what our patient and their family go through during the end-of-life stages, which gives us a stronger connection with them.

 Here are some specific professionals we have in the team:

Physician

Physicians are the ones who diagnose and give medical treatment to the patients. They ensure that every member of our hospice team, caregivers, and patient’s family understand and follow the plan of care.

Nurses

Our nurses will assist in caring for the patients, directly communicating with doctors, administering medical records, and checking vital signs. They can also coordinate the care in all aspects of our patients’ overall health.

Certified Nursing Assistants

They are our compassionate certified Nursing Assistants who regularly visit to assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, shaving, and the changing of patients’ bed linens.

Social Workers

Social Workers are our professional staff who help patients and families grappling with work problems, financial challenges, or even legal issues.

Pastoral Care Worker/Chaplains

Our Pastoral Care Worker/Chaplain is open for those patients who request spiritual help and support. They can be accompanied by other clergy.

Specially Trained Volunteers

Our Specially Trained Volunteers can serve as our patients’ or their families’ companion, they are the ones who listen or just another friend who you can lean on.
